Florence

From Coos Bay I traveled fifty miles to Florence to meet with the Rim Rock Roamers an RV group associated with Family Motor Coach Association We meet once a month April to September. A good group and we have a good time. We eat a lot. Cooking on this trip was a real challenge as it was cold and raining every day.
Our meeting room was "rustic" as the Bend Elks RV club was also here and had reserved the club house with the cook stove and heaters.

We made due and had good meals and conversations. Caught up with friends and families related our travel and winter stories.

Once again I was with Terry and Dave. Renee and Carla joined me in Florence and we went to Depot Bay to visit them there. Had lunch and visited the docks there. My girls L-R Carla Terry Renee. This is the first time I had seen Carla since I lost my wife. It was good.

This is Peter checking a pot of "omelet in a bag" a very good way to feed a large group. You put all the stuff you like in a zip lock bag, squeeze the air out seal it and put in boiling water for about 5-10 minuets and you have an omelet add hash browns and toast you have breakfast.

There is about a dozen omelets in this pot. All cooked to perfection. Each bag has it's owners name on it so you don't get the wrong omelet.

Second breakfast was French toast and sausage Carla is getting hers.

After breakfast Renee, Carla and I went to the Sea lion caves and the Oregon Aquarium. Carla's camera died and I let her us mine after we left the caves. She didn't take any pictures in the aquarium. Sorry.

Two of my favorite girls. (I have nine) At the cave over look.
