Grand Canyon - Base Ball more wedding

Entrance to the Grand Canyon Park. We only had three days here.
This was and every evening thing. A small herd of elk came into the camp ground. One night some guy with a full sized Poodle "that never leaves his yard" didn't need to be tied up. This guy must have a big yard because his dog ran the whole herd out of the park.
Once again I got photos out of sequence. This is the ceiling of the tower in the following photos.
This is the wall on the third floor. They are refurbishing this monument. It is very old and they have glued monitors over the cracks in the wall to see if they are growing.
This is the second floor painting. None of the information plaques are in place at this time.
This tower is at the "Desert View"
I got these right. WE took a flight over the Grand Canyon in a Twin Otter an air craft I have a lot of faith in. Having flown on them many times in Alaska.
The views from t he air are spectacular. You get a real sense of just how large the canyon is.
This is a shot of the North rim. That side of the park isn't open yet.
More of the islands in the canyon
The Colorado River running clear and green in the bottom of the canyon.
End of the day for Mary on her first trip to the Grand Canyon.
A truly grand sunset over the Grand canyon
Long shadows for the end of the day.

Mary at the Mariners stadium. You can't see the Rockies shirt she has under her Mariners jersey.

Ichero takes a swing at the ball.
Tis guy is a vendor from Colorado. Very famous. He gives you his card and if you need a beer you call him. He borrowed my knife to cut holes in his hat decorations.
My new life!
Mary with two of my sons.
and her daughters.
Not a bad looking leg for a lady that is pushing 66. No more wedding photos.
