Dinner at Terry and Dave's

After getting up at 4: AM in Seattle I drove to Beaverton (Hillsboro Elks) arrived about 12:30 PM Showered and did a load of laundry. I went to my firstborn's home for an early Fathers Day dinner and a Texas fifth of Tanqueray.

She prepared This lemon blueberry thingy for desert. It was very good. I was forced to take the left overs home with me.

The main coarse was a Artichoke Spinach Manicotti. (spinach, and artichoke hearts blended with some kind of cheese and stuffed into pasta. Very good tasting and because most of it was "organic" it was probably good for you also.


The dinner also had a very nice salad with it.



Desert was the Lemon/blue berry delight with vanilla ice cream.
You shoulda been there.
