Delaney's Trip to Yuma and beyond!

The "Empress" This is the ship we went on for five days of over eating and watching Delaney find out. What can you do on a cruise?
Boarding the ship in San Diego.

Dress up dinner.

Each night we had a different animal made with a towel on our bed. It was transfered to Delaney's each night.

Delaney's bed. She had the upper bunk.

Shopping on board.

Delaney killing the "PiƱata" at Fiesta. In Ensanata Mexico our second port of call.

This is in Ensanata Mexico. Dancers at the worst "Fiesta" in Mexico.

This is what happens when the waiter is "really" bored.
This is a formal photo of Delaney on the Grand stair case.
There is always the pool. (not warm)
Here Delaney is doing the "Mac arena" with the waiters. Note the new strapless dress.

This is her first "Es cargo" Delaney is taking French in school and needed to eat French food. She ate it all.

There are shows to go to.
Photo with our waiter. He was very bored as he had a table for 9 and only three showed up most of the time.
You have your photo taken with the captain of the ship at his reception.
You also "hang" with show girls.
You get attacked by by Pirates at dinner.
You "hang" with your new friends. The ship had a very good system for protecting kids. They had a dance hall for them divided by age. If you were under 12 or over 14 you couldn't get in. We couldn't get in to see if she was in there. When she wasn't she was with us or her friends. A worry free trip for us.
You get something you have "always" wanted a tattoo. (it only last five days)
The finished product.
You go to the ships beauty parlor and get your hair streaked because dad isn't there to stop you.
The final results of the hair streaking. It's not that bad Steve.
We were attacked by a Pirate ship but the were run off by the ships horn.
The famous arch at Cabo.
At Cabo there is no dock for cruise ships so you wait to get off the ship and wait to get back. Waiting to go back to the ship.
This was our taxi from the docks to down town. We walked back.
A woven tree on the street in Cabo.
One of the many shops we visited in Cabo.
Our first port was Cabo San Laces Mexico Where Delaney was scheduled to swim with the Dolphins. They had a well built pool for them. It had large a filtration plant to keep the water pure. It also had a water cooling system so the water didn't get too warm.

Getting ready to join the Dolphins in their large pool. Holding a high jump pole for the dolphin to jump over. It didn't look like he jumped that high when we were watching.

Delaney has a new boy friend. their first kiss.

She's still talking about her trip! Although, she is no longer expecting a "Towel Animal" on her "freshly turned bed." Thanks again for everything, she will never forget it!
