Where Have We Been? Part one.Finel Cut

Our Summer trip was made more joyest with the arrival of My second Great Grand son Leo.
Lisa my eldest Grand daughter deivered Leo on Aug. 2nd.

My Cousins Kathy on my right and Janice on my Left They were in town to visit their Mother. Ruth.

This is my Aunt Ruthy and her fiend Bob. Bob takes care of Ruthy, Drives her arround town.

We took them to lunch at their favorit Cafe. Ruthy wanted to bvuy Mary'z Dimpels.

I am getting bumped off line so will revisit this blog and put lables on all the photos. and do spell check.

We took Dana Mary's yougest daughter aaand her kids to the pool in "Tollgate" the subdivision Rick and Ali live in.

We then went to Suttle lake for swimming and feeding of Gees.

Aubrey had her own floation device.

Mary did her thing with the Gees.

We took a trip up and down the Snake River's "hells Canyon" in a Jett boat. 90 miles up and 90 down. We saw a lot of wild life.

Near the center of this photo is a Black Bear one of the three we saw.

OUT OF AFRICA

We visited this anamal park where this ajraff tried to get on the bus.

This white Tiger is a rescued cat.

A large Black Panther is in with the White Tiger.

This gireff stuck his head in the bus and took the carrot out of Mary's mouth with his toungh. and she wondered why I didn't want to kiss her.

They get the cats to chase toy like your tabby cat.

She realy got a kick out of feeding that cat.

Some time with friends

The last photo of the Cactus garden om Pahrump NV. While there we found our friends that we met in Mesa were also here. We had dinner with Bob and Judy Leher and John and Helen Smallman who drove up from Vegas for dinner.

This bridge is over the Sacramento River in Redding CA. We stayed at the Elks where we were joined by Bob and Judy.

This goose was decoyed in by our making a motion like we were throwing something in the water, bread , popcorn. He flew across the river so Mary fed him bread.

She also found this family that liked bread.

When two adult gees came in there was a fight with the parents of the young gees.

Mary has been looking for a desert turtle all spring but found this water one on morning on our walk.

This is where we were parked when we visited our friends Howard and Edna Lee at their home near Janesville CA.

They have a Hawks nest in one of the trees in the back yard. One evening there were three deer in the yard.

We are now in Canyon Ville OR. on our way to Sisters OR. to visit my oldest son and his family. Rick has put in a pad with hookups for us.

This is the best preserved bottle house NV. it is located in Rhyolite NV.

You can't go in the house but the windows are clean enough to get pictures.

This is the side showing the different bottles used in the construction. No patterns are found just as they were found. Some of them have Crickets in them.
