It is coming together!
Today they are doing the final fit for the windshield. The cap is in place and fits like it was made for it. Will update again on Thursday.
They fitted the windshield in and had to remove it as the hole was too small. After they get both pieces in they will run the jacks up and down to make sure there is room for body flexing and not too much so the glass will fall our. This is a very critical operation.

Moving right along
This is the progress that is being made. Windshield wipers are mounted, holes for lights, horns, spot light and Clarence lights are in. They manufactured a filler panel the Gulfstream didn't send. The yellow tags are marking the wiring for the mirrors. Will Post every other day so as not to be under foot at the shop.

They are here
Can you believe it the parts finely got here. The Cap fits but needed some wood reinforcements added to support it. The shop is working on it. They will have to submit a new bill to pay for the time and material. But it looks like it is coming together.

We are still waiting for parts
The parts for our coach were ordered on the 9th. of May they are to be here on Tuesday the 21st of Aug. Not bad. We have been with out our coach since mid July. It will take a week to ten days to put it back together and a week before we can get every thing back in it and get our new toad hooked up. We will have missed five or six scheduled outings this summer and some spur of the moment trips also. Every one involved the trucking Co., the coach manufacturer, the shop doing the work feels bad about the delays. But "it's nor our fault". We will see.
Now that hurdle has been past!
First try
